If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned in resalable condition with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Slinger Golf within 30 days of delivery at 650-574-1128. Please be prepared to supply Slinger Golf with the order number and item from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Slinger Golf will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact Slinger Golf immediately at 650-574-1128. Please have your order number available when you call. Slinger Golf provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship against defects for the Slinger, InsideMove, and Velcro Target.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the original purchase must be made directly from Slinger Golf or a Slinger Golf authorized agent or vendor. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. All sales are final for customized products including custom logo products. These items cannot be returned.
